Worship Ministry Training is a registered fictitious business name (DBA) of E Fam Enterprises, LLC, a California limited liability company. Both names refer to the same business. E Fam Enterprises, LLC operates this website, the Worship Ministry Training Academy, and the Worship OS application, and is the sender of any text messages described in this policy.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or send band information. We also collect data in our proprietary app (if you have a subscription) Worship OS.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Data Collected and Used by WorshipOS App
In addition to the general information described above, the WorshipOS application collects and processes the following categories of data to provide its services:
Account and Profile Information: When you create a WorshipOS account, we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and optionally your birthday. Your birthday is used solely to enable birthday acknowledgements within your team’s communication feed. Profile information may be shared with other members of your church or organization within the application.
Church and Team Data: We collect information related to your church or organization, including church name, team member roles (such as owner, admin, or member), and team member associations. This data is used to manage access permissions, team communication, and organizational features within the app.
Team Communications: WorshipOS stores messages, posts, comments, reactions, polls, voice memos, images, GIFs, and other media that you create or share within the team communication features. This content is stored to provide real-time and historical team communication functionality and is accessible only to members of your church or organization.
Planning and Scheduling Data: If you use the planning features, we collect and store service plans, task assignments, scheduling preferences, and related organizational data.
Billing and Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your billing email and subscription details are managed through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect device tokens to deliver notifications about team activity, messages, and scheduled events.
Usage and Analytics Data: We may collect anonymized usage data to understand how features are used and to improve the application. This data does not personally identify you.
Third-Party Service Integrations: WorshipOS integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality. Data shared with these services is limited to what is necessary for the integration to function:
- Supabase: Authentication and user account management.
- Firebase/Firestore: Real-time messaging and push notifications.
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Planning Center: Team member data import (when you choose to connect your Planning Center account).
- Resend: Transactional and team notification emails.
- GIPHY: GIF search and display within team communications (search queries only; no personal data is shared).
Google OAuth and Google Calendar Integration
Google OAuth and Google Calendar Integration
WorshipOS offers an optional integration with Google Calendar to help worship ministry leaders view and coordinate church events alongside their planning tools. This integration uses Google OAuth 2.0, an industry-standard authentication protocol, to securely connect your Google account.
What we request access to: When you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar data (using the calendar.readonly scope). This means WorshipOS can view your calendar names and events, but cannot create, modify, or delete any events on your Google Calendar.
Why we request this access: This access allows WorshipOS to display your church calendar events within the application, enabling you to coordinate service planning, team scheduling, and ministry activities in one place without switching between apps.
How your Google data is used: Your Google Calendar data is used solely to display calendar information within WorshipOS. We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google Calendar data to any third parties. Calendar credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored securely and are used only to retrieve your calendar data on your behalf.
Data retention and deletion: WorshipOS does not permanently store your Google Calendar event data. Calendar events are retrieved from Google in real time when you access the calendar features and are not cached or retained on our servers beyond what is necessary to display them during your active session. Your Google OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored securely for as long as the integration remains connected. When you disconnect your Google Calendar — either from within WorshipOS settings or by revoking access through your Google Account — your stored OAuth credentials are immediately deleted from our systems and no Google user data is retained. If you delete your WorshipOS account entirely, all associated Google OAuth credentials are deleted as part of the account removal process.
Revoking access: You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from within the WorshipOS application settings, or by visiting your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will immediately stop WorshipOS from accessing your Google Calendar data, and your stored credentials will be deleted from our systems.
Compliance: Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS Communications
Collection
We collect mobile phone numbers only when you provide them to us directly — for example, when you opt in to receive text messages from Worship Ministry Training Academy via a web form, checkout page, or written consent.
No Sharing or Sale of Mobile Numbers
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, mobile information, or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information is not shared with any third party except subcontractors and service providers acting on our behalf strictly to deliver the messages you have requested (for example, our SMS platform provider), and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

If you opt in, you can expect approximately 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply to any messages sent or received.
